As a result of a birth defect Alina was born without her left arm. No one knows why this has happened. Although she has never known what it is to have two arms she finds it very difficult to accept her handicap. She wears a prothetic arm mainly for cosmetic purposes and is unable to use it for any practical functions. Alina has a good sense of humour and enjoys life to the full. She likes to go to discotheks and to the cinema.
