1. Provider and scope
These Terms govern the use of ampworld.org and the purchase of digital content and memberships. Provider: Ampworld, PB 101966, 47464 Kamp-Lintfort. Contact: mail@ampworld.org. Different terms apply only if we agree in writing.
2. Services
We provide digital content such as videos and photo sets and memberships that grant access to areas of the site. The exact scope is shown in the respective service description.
3. Account and age
Some features require an account. Keep your credentials confidential. Do not share your account. Users must be of legal age.
4. Prices and payments
Prices shown at checkout apply. Payments are processed via the offered payment services such as PayPal or credit card. Access to digital content is granted after payment confirmation.
5. Right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we start to perform and you have expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. We provide a separate notice and checkbox during checkout. Otherwise the statutory consumer rights apply.
6. License
You receive a simple, non transferable, non sub licensable license for personal use. Copying, sharing, public display or commercial use is not permitted unless expressly allowed.
7. Code of conduct
No unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harassing content. Do not bypass security features.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability. Maintenance, upgrades and incidents may limit access temporarily.
9. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty applies. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under product liability law. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties and limited to the typical foreseeable loss.
10. Access and termination
All purchases on Ampworld are one-time payments. There is no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. Access to purchased content remains available for as long as the service is operated. You can close your account at any time in your account settings or by email to mail@ampworld.org.

Ampworld puede utilizar inteligencia artificial y tecnologías automatizadas para ayudar en la creación, edición, mejora, restauración, traducción, moderación, recomendación, organización o presentación de textos, imágenes, audio, vídeo y otros contenidos.
Cuando así lo exija la legislación aplicable, el contenido generado o modificado de forma sustancial mediante inteligencia artificial se identificará mediante un aviso, una etiqueta o una marca técnica adecuada. El tratamiento técnico rutinario y la edición estándar, incluidos el cambio de tamaño, la compresión, la corrección del color, la reducción de ruido, la restauración o la mejora de la calidad, podrán no identificarse por separado cuando no exista una obligación legal de información.
El contenido asistido por inteligencia artificial puede contener errores, omisiones, incoherencias visuales o resultados no intencionados. Salvo indicación expresa en contrario, dicho contenido no debe entenderse como prueba de que un hecho representado ocurrió exactamente como se presenta ni de que todos los elementos representados sean auténticos.
Ampworld puede añadir, modificar o retirar avisos relacionados con la inteligencia artificial cuando resulte razonablemente necesario para cumplir la legislación aplicable, evitar una presentación engañosa o aclarar la naturaleza y el origen del contenido.
Los usuarios que envíen contenido a Ampworld deberán informar de cualquier uso sustancial de inteligencia artificial. Los usuarios no deberán enviar contenido generado o manipulado mediante inteligencia artificial que suplante ilícitamente a otra persona, tergiverse un hecho real, vulnere los derechos de terceros o carezca de una información exigida por la ley. Ampworld podrá añadir la información adecuada, restringir el acceso a dicho contenido o eliminarlo.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms for valid reasons such as service changes, legal requirements or security. We will notify you in advance. If you do not object within a reasonable period the changes take effect. We will point this out in the notice.
12. Final provisions
German law applies. If you are an EU consumer, mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration and generally do not.
