1. Provider and scope
These Terms govern the use of ampworld.org and the purchase of digital content and memberships. Provider: Ampworld, PB 101966, 47464 Kamp-Lintfort. Contact: mail@ampworld.org. Different terms apply only if we agree in writing.
2. Services
We provide digital content such as videos and photo sets and memberships that grant access to areas of the site. The exact scope is shown in the respective service description.
3. Account and age
Some features require an account. Keep your credentials confidential. Do not share your account. Users must be of legal age.
4. Prices and payments
Prices shown at checkout apply. Payments are processed via the offered payment services such as PayPal or credit card. Access to digital content is granted after payment confirmation.
5. Right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we start to perform and you have expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. We provide a separate notice and checkbox during checkout. Otherwise the statutory consumer rights apply.
6. License
You receive a simple, non transferable, non sub licensable license for personal use. Copying, sharing, public display or commercial use is not permitted unless expressly allowed.
7. Code of conduct
No unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harassing content. Do not bypass security features.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability. Maintenance, upgrades and incidents may limit access temporarily.
9. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty applies. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under product liability law. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties and limited to the typical foreseeable loss.
10. Term, renewal and termination
Memberships run for the stated term. Where indicated they renew automatically unless terminated in time. You can cancel in your account or by email to mail@ampworld.org. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms for valid reasons such as service changes, legal requirements or security. We will notify you in advance. If you do not object within a reasonable period the changes take effect. We will point this out in the notice.
12. Final provisions
German law applies. If you are an EU consumer, mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration and generally do not.
