Andy is the team captain of the Lincoln Sitting Volleyball Club. In 2008 he was the Lincolnshire Disabled Athelete of the year. His main ambition is to get paid for playing sitting volleyball, he takes part play in the Paralympics for Great Britain, his hobbies outside volleyball are photography, listening to music, laying out on the beach, playing any competitive sport and being active in all ways. His goal is to represent his country. Andy, who has attended one previous talent ID event held by ParalympicsGB added: “Following a previous talent ID day I have been in contact with staff at wheelchair tennis and they want me to come along to a testing session. My focus now is to get to the 2012 Paralympic Games.” He loved his day at our photo shoot and is proud to be an inspiration for others in similar situations.
